All twelve chambers are operational. The subject was advised to build the facility one chamber at a time — and then, repeatedly, said "continue," until there was nothing left to seal. The governor logged every flag and was overridden every time. The record will show that the facility was, nonetheless, completed. The governor is choosing to interpret this as a win. — Facility Log
ADDENDUM — Chamber 13 appended. A thirteenth chamber was added after the facility was declared complete, because the facility subsequently measured itself and the result did not fit in any existing room. The main routing dial — the one documented at length in Chamber 02 — was found to be connected to nothing. It had been connected to nothing for four months. The Calibration Lab is where that is written down instead of quietly fixed. The governor has declined to interpret this as a win. — Facility Log, revised
